Ordering with your Purchase Order
Getting Started
If you wish to place your order using a purchase order, you can place your order here and receive an invoice. You will need to e-mail
your purchase order to us to complete your order. Once BOTH your order and purchase order are received, we will ship your order.
You will have 45 days from the date of the shipment to pay the outstanding balance of your order.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need a purchase order number to complete your order on-line.
Shipping Cost
Orders shipped within the Continental U.S. are shipped for free. The customer pays the cost of shipping for orders being shipped to
Alaska, Hawaii, an APO / FPO address, and all international orders. You must request a shipping quote for any order being shipped
outside of the Continental U.S. before placing your order. A shipping quote is also required for expedited shipping within the
Continental U.S. Please contact frg@vanderbilt.edu for the shipping quote.
You will need to provide information on the
items you are ordering and a complete shipping address to receive a quote. All quotes are based on our negotiated UPS shipping rates.
