A monthly workshop series for parents of young children with an autism spectrum disorder.
Program is free of charge.
Each 3-hour workshop focuses on providing parents and caregivers with strategies to use at home, school, and in the community. The strategies discussed are based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
This workshop will highlight possible reasons why sleep challenges are more common in children with autism, daytime and evening strategies to promote successful sleep, how to respond to sleep difficulties during the night, and how to use visual supports and reinforcement to implement this plan.
Registration is required by midnight Tuesday, October 22, 2019.
