TRIAD Building Collaborative Early Childhood Classrooms: Cultivating a Classroom Vision and Expectations Webinar 3

This series of four, 60-minute webinars designed for Early Childhood teachers will focus on tools and strategies for creating a cohesive team of adults who work in and support preschool classrooms. Participants who attend all four webinars will receive the tools to compile a comprehensive handbook or manual to use when training staff working in their classroom. Topics discussed will include developing a classroom vision, teaching and maintaining expectations for adults, problem solving common barriers, building positive relationships with classroom staff, creating zoning plans, conducting productive meetings with classroom staff, and providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Webinar 3 will focus on topics such as discussing the purpose and benefits of regular meetings with staff, creating meeting norms and agendas, developing meeting content, providing descriptive praise and constructive feedback, implementing systems for ongoing bi-directional feedback.
