2020 Disability Day on the Hill

The Tennessee Disability Alliance will hold a kick-off Disability Day on the Hill panel discussion from 10:00-11:30 a.m. in the Old Supreme Court Chamber in the State Capitol. Attendees are advised to schedule appointments to meet with their State Senator and Representatives. To find your legislator, visit https://wapp.capitol.tn.gov/Apps/fmlv3/lookup.aspx.

In addition, the Tennessee Disability Coalition will host its inaugural In This Together Summit and Community Reception on Monday, Feb. 3, 2020. Held at the Tennessee State Museum, 1000 Rosa L. Parks Boulevard, Nashville. Doors open at 9:00 a.m., and the Summit begins at 10:00 a.m. Membership meeting will be held from 4:00-5:00 p.m., and the community reception is from 5:00-7:00 p.m. There will be a keynote speaker, networking lunch, breakout sessions, and advocacy and empowerment session, community reception, plus all museum exhibits will be open! Free and open to the public, but please register using one or both of the links below.
