Guiding families and providers to resources supporting child development

The mission of the Tennessee Cares Network at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) was to connect families and medical providers to resources in their communities and to each other. It focused on children under age 5 years at risk of developmental delay or autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Activities included online learning groups, trainings, and conversations with families. This project is no longer funded, but the resources are still relevant.

The Tennessee Cares Network at Vanderbilt University Medical Center was funded through the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) and the Autism CARES Act.
