Vanderbilt’s Treatment and Research Institute for Autism Spectrum Disorders (TRIAD) will provide educators with mindfulness informed stress reduction sessions. The aim of the webinars is to help teachers and school personnel manage the stresses of classroom and school responsibilities, as well as to help them develop mindful learning environments. Attendance at all six webinars is required. Please register if you plan to attend so that you will receive the link to access the webinar.
Participant Requirements

- Attend all six webinars
- Have internet access and a web-capable device to watch webinar series
- Have a journal for weekly entries
- Complete minimal home practice (10-30 minutes per week) and log practice electronically
