TRIAD Mindfulness for Educators – Improving Personal Practice Afternoon Webinar Series: Webinar 6

Vanderbilt’s Treatment and Research Institute for Autism Spectrum Disorders (TRIAD) will provide educators with mindfulness informed stress reduction sessions. The aim of the webinars is to help teachers and school personnel manage the stresses of classroom and school responsibilities, as well as to help them develop mindful learning environments. Attendance at all six webinars is required. Please register if you plan to attend so that you will receive the link to access the webinar.

Participant Requirements

  • Attend all six webinars
  • Have internet access and a web-capable device to watch webinar series
  • Have a journal for weekly entries
  • Complete minimal home practice (10-30 minutes per week) and log practice electronically

Suggested Participants

This webinar will be most applicable to a variety of educators who work directly with students, including students with ASD.

Proof of Attendance

  • Participants who attend ALL webinars in the series will receive certificates documenting their participation of the entire series for up to 6 hours of professional development.
