Dr. Hundley is a certified ADOS trainer.

The ADOS-2 is a gold-standard instrument for assessing autism spectrum disorders (ASD) across age, developmental level, and language skills. This course provides additional training and coaching for individuals who have completed the two-day clinical workshop and wish to further hone their coding skills.

This booster training involves opportunities to score two hand-picked videotaped ADOS evaluations with ample time for discussion of codes. The instructor will hand-picked videotaped ADOS evaluations for one module for children with less language (Module 1 or 2) and one module for children or adolescents with fully fluent speech (Module 3 or 4). Additional booster trainings are anticipated with opportunities for administration practice.

Target audience: Psychologists, pediatricians, behavioral specialists, speech-language pathologists, research assistants (and potentially others) will be accepted for the training.

*Individuals wishing to attend this course must have first completed the ADOS clinical course.*

Learning objectives:
a. Refresher on ADOS-2 administration
b. Demonstrate understanding of ADOS-2 general coding conventions
c. Increase knowledge of specific ADOS codes
d. Calculate all ADOS-2 algorithm scores, including risk ranges, clinical classifications, and calibrated severity score

Fee: $150 per person.
