Pathfinder's first webinar of the year is all about preparing for what comes next. Moving from school into adult life can bring exciting opportunities, important decisions, and plenty of questions. Transition planning helps young people begin identifying their goals, exploring their options, and building the supports they may need for education and training, employment, independent living, and community participation. During this webinar, Jena Costanzo of Vanderbilt University’s Special Education department will help participants make sense of the transition process and better understand the services and resources that can support youth and young adults along the way.
