VKC at the Partners in Education Conference
Many of the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center’s researchers, faculty, staff, and students participated in the 2014 Partners in Education Conference: A Continuum of Services for ALL Children on February 11-13, 2014.
Programming in the Partners in Education Conference (formerly the Special Education Conference) reflects the belief that all students are general education students first and that the services offered through other educational areas are part of the continuum of services to meet the needs of ALL children. The conference focused on Response to Instruction and Intervention, Common Core State Standards in the area of English/Language Arts, and Best Practices for Instruction and Intervention. An optional Transition Summit was held on February 10.
