This 12-minute video aims to raise awareness and reduce the barriers persons with disabilities face when accessing the justice system. It provides general etiquette tips on interacting with individuals with disabilities and highlights specific examples of common scenarios that people with disabilities encounter when seeking legal services.
This video was developed by the Disability Law and Advocacy Center and the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center, the video is a project of the Tennessee Supreme Court’s Access to Justice Commission, with efforts from its Education Committee.
