Representatives of the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center, the Tennessee Council on Developmental Disabilities, The Arc Tennessee, Disability Law and Advocacy Center Tennessee and self-advocates attended Tennessee Tuesdays hosted by Tennessee Sens. The national Disability Policy Seminar, held annually in Washington, is an opportunity from educators, advocates, family members, self-advocates and policy makers to meet and learn more about key issues affecting people with disabilities and their families. The national meeting is a join project of the Association of University Centers on Disability, The Arc U.S., the national Association of Councils on Disabilities, and other national organizations.
