Overview of Interests
Leah Burgess develops and provides trainings to Community Resource Providers to enhance the delivery of Pre-ETS to students. She develops professional development modules that offer guidance on the components of Pre-ETS to assist providers in delivering high quality services to students with disabilities transitioning to higher education and employment.Leah serves as an interventionist on the RRTC- Transition Pathways Project. This project focuses on understanding how paid work in the final year of high school impacts the post-school outcomes of students with intellectual disabilities, autism, or multiple disabilities.
