Katelyn Rossow, M.D., MPH

Instructor of Pediatrics

Overview of Interests

Dr. Rossow has prior training in pharmacology, pharmacogenomics, epidemiology, and developmental pediatrics. Her research focus combines these areas to utilize precision medicine in children with developmental disabilities. Through translational research and the resources available at Vanderbilt including BioVU, Dr. Rossow's goal is to identify clinical and genetic predictors of toxicity and efficacy of psychotropic medications in children with developmental disabilities. She is also interested in performing rapid identification and epidemiological modeling of children with autism utilizing electronic health records. The work aligns well with the Kennedy Center's mission to improve the quality of life with children with developmental disabilities.
