As Tennessee Disability Pathfinder's Aging & Disability Project Coordinator, Margaret (Mimi) Sanders helps identify resources, partners with local agencies, and coordinates trainings for those that serve individuals who are aging.
Mimi is a Nashville native and studied Elementary Education at Lipscomb University and got her master's degree in Special Education from Vanderbilt University. She has over 15 years of special needs ministry experience, as well as teaching experience. She is excited to partner with families and individuals to provide resources so each person has the opportunity to thrive. She has a passion for disability advocacy and equipping each individual to embrace how valuable they are in our community.
