Description
Would you like to help us learn more about younger siblings of children with autism?
We need your help if:
- You are the parent of a child between 4-18 months old
- You also have an older child who either has autism or is typically developing
- You’d like more information about your younger child’s development
Participating families come for multiple appointments at the Vanderbilt Bill Wilkerson Center. Families will be compensated for their time.
All younger siblings receive standardized developmental and language testing when they enter the study, a psychological assessment for autism at the follow-up visit, and a formal written report of testing results, including recommendations and referrals, at no cost.
Participant Criteria
Younger Siblings (between 4-18 months old) of children with and without autism and their parent
Compensation
Families will be compensated for their time and get the results of the testing.
