Volunteer for Research at Vanderbilt University Child Language and Literacy Lab


Help us explore children's speech development

Who: Children who are 4 or 5 years of age who may or may not have speech articulation difficulties

What children will do:

  • Name pictures and repeat sentences from a storybook
  • Complete a 5-minute conversation activity

Participants will receive up to $10 as compensation for their time.

Melanie Schuele, PhD, CCC-SLP, is the faculty advisor coordinating this study. Teadora Taddeo, Alex Redfern, and Zeb White (graduate student research assistants) will complete study activities with children.
