Autism and Language Development in Toddlers

Description

Study opportunity for children 12-36 months of age with autism or with concerns about their social interaction or language development or children 12-24 months without autism.

Families attend two study visits at Vanderbilt. Children receive developmental, communication, and autism assessments, and also participate in play sessions with their parent and watch a short movie.

Families receive feedback on their child’s development including a written report with results, recommendations, and referrals at no cost.

Participant Criteria

Children 12-36 months of age with autism or with concerns about their social interaction or language development or children 12-24 months without autism.
