Learning to use scale models

Principal Investigator: Georgene Troseth, Ph.D.

Other researchers: Israel Flores

Description

The Early Development Lab at Vanderbilt needs your help! Our research group is exploring how 2.5-year-old children come to understand and use information from scale models. If you choose to participate, you and your child will come to our lab at Vanderbilt for about 45 minutes. Your child will search for hidden toys using clues provided through a scale model. You will be with your child the entire time. We will videotape the session, and trained researchers will look at the videos later for more information about children's behavior.

To receive more information about our study, please contact us directly at Trosethlab@gmail.com or (615) 283-0442. Families who participate in our studies go home with a toy or book.
