Description
We are seeking adults with Down Syndrome without memory loss who would be interested in participating in the Trial Ready Cohort ~ Down Syndrome Study (TRC-DS) at Vanderbilt. This is an NIH funded study whose primary goal is to develop a well characterized, trial ready cohort of participants that may be interested in participating in either a prevention or treatment trial for Alzheimer’s Disease when a trial becomes available.
There is no treatment in this trial, this is a trial ready cohort only and is observational in nature. Compensation is provided for study visits; study staff can provide details related to compensation.
You (or your loved one) may be eligible if you:
- Are between 25-55 years of age.
- Are diagnosed with Down Syndrome.
- In good general health; with no diagnosis of dementia.
- Have a desire to participate in a potential prevention or treatment trial for Alzheimer’s Disease.
