Understanding the development of hand skills

Principal Investigator: Amy Needham, Ph.D.

Description

The study involves a total of two in-lab visits, each lasting approximately 1 hour. During these visits, your child will engage in various tasks designed to assess and understand their fine motor skill development. Additionally, the study may involve two additional Zoom-based visits between the lab sessions, along with activities to be performed every day at home with a parent.

Participants will be compensated $10 for each lab visit, amounting to a total of $20 upon completion of both visits. Additionally, those in the experimental group may receive up to $30 based on their daily intervention completion, potentially totaling $50 if fully engaged. All compensations will be distributed in the form of Amazon gift cards.
