Understanding the Needs of Tennesseans with Disabilities: A Statewide Community Needs Assessment

Principal Investigator: Julie Lounds Taylor, Ph.D.

Description

The Tennessee Developmental Disabilities (TNDD) Network has partnered to carry out a statewide community needs assessment. This survey will help our organizations understand the needs of the disability community across our state. Each partner is preparing to write a new five-year workplan. These plans outline the future goals and priority areas of each organization. Before these plans can be developed, we need input from Tennesseans. This survey is your chance to tell FOUR statewide disability agencies what you need. We will ask questions that help us know: What's working well for people with disabilities in Tennessee? What's not working well? What support gaps need to be filled? The survey will take about 15 minutes. It is available in both English and Spanish.
