Expanding SENSE Theatre to Youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability

Description

This study examines the efficacy of the SENSE Theatre program in children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability. Participation would include one diagnostic and cognitive evaluation prior to participation, one evaluation after participation, and a therapeutic program. The therapeutic program would be free of charge and would include theatre rehearsals, acting games, and character development exercises that would lead to a performance for friends and family of participants.

10-16 Years Old, Confirmed or Suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder, Confirmed or Suspected Intellectual DIsability
