Accessing and mining large-scale databases, i.e., BioVU/SD/ImageVU, have considerable challenges, in particular due to unstructured nature of EHR notes in SD.

Assist investigators in the use of unstructured text data in SD resource to create IDD-relevant, disorder-specific EMR databases, leading to generate and test IDD-relevant hypotheses using the cutting-edge data sources.
