Overview of Interests
Dr. Jacobson's primary interests are in the areas of tinnitus, development of clinical outcome measures, and, clinical electroneurodiagnostics including exogenous evoked potentials and measures of vestibular system function and balance. Further, he is interested in how some of these measures can be used in an intensive care or operating room setting (e.g. neurophysiological intraoperative monitoring). For the past 15 years Dr. Jacobson's focus has been on the use of electrophysiological measures to assess vestibular system function.
