Description

We seek to understand which types of mental and behavioral health services exist in Tennessee and how difficult these services are to obtain for children, adolescents, and young adults with disabilities.

What you will do:

Complete an anonymous survey (30-45 minutes) covering:

  • Demographic information about you as the parent/caregiver
  • Information about your child's disabilities and mental/behavioral health concerns
  • Child, Family, and Community-based Mental/Behavioral Health Services
  • Barriers to Your Child Receiving Mental Health Services, as well as Social,Health, and Recent Life Changes
  • Thoughts-Reflections about Mental/Behavioral Health Services

Participant Criteria

Parents and caregivers in Tennessee who have a child with a disability (between the ages of 1.5-22) who also has a mental or behavioral health concern

Compensation

25 respondents completing the survey will be randomly selected to receive a $25 target gift card
