Peer Empowerment Network: Creating Mentorships between Adults with IDD for Employment Support

Description

Creating peer mentorships between employed adults with IDD and unemployed adults with IDD for support as they look for paid work in their communities. Mentors will receive training over Zoom. Job Seekers will attend two Zoom classes then will be paired with Mentors. Job Seekers will meet with their Mentors over Zoom once per month for six months. Both Mentors and Job Seekers will receive $200 Amazon Gift Cards for participating.
